1 +6V --> +6 VDC (10 mA max)
2 GND --- Ground
3 AUDIO --> Audio
4 VLOW --> Video Low (Unconnected ?)
5 VHIGH --> Video High
Pin 4 and pin 5 are connected together on the back side of the mobo?
Note: Direction is Computer relative monitor

When I made my own VIC20 monitor cable, I needed to connect pin 4 to the composite video, not pin 5.  With pin 5, I got grayscale video rather than color.  It was correct when pin 4 was connected.
