2010-04-19 22:50:13 | rev. 2 | INCORRECT | the diagrams appear to show an interface with a 9 pin d type at one end and a 25 pin d type at the other end. No idea how this will connect to an obd plug. | APPROVED |
2010-12-20 03:46:55 | rev. 2 | INCORRECT | OBDII is not a 25 pin connector. Ford j1850 PWM draws data from pin 10, according to another source. | APPROVED |
2011-01-26 04:20:11 | rev. 2 | CORRECT | I think it is correct. Look at the DB9M of ODB2PWM, 1 - GND, 6 - Bus-, 7 - Bus+ and 9 - 12V+. Now look at Ford ODB2 diagnostic interface pinout at http://pinoutsguide.com/CarElectronics/ford_obd_2_pinout.shtml. There are 4,5 - GND, 10 - J1850 Bus-, 2 - J1850 Bus+ and 16 - +12V. You just need to connect them to the DB9 pins. | APPROVED |
